Sometimes, plants and trees don’t take to their new homes. Please take a look at our comprehensive replacement policy.

During the guarantee period, simply bring in the dead plant, along with the sales receipt. Plants need to be in their original condition and in their original pot within the guarantee period in order to be eligible for a cash refund. If the plant is in any other condition, we will replace it or offer you a store credit. Please reach out to us, if you have any questions. 

Guarantee Policy 

Item Guarantee Period Notes
Annuals 7 Days This includes annuals in pots and packs, vegetables, hanging baskets and planters.
Houseplants 30 Days This includes cacti, succulents, tropical palms/bushes/trees and potted plants sold inside the garden centre.
Rose Bushes 1 Year This includes all rose bushes purchased on our tree lot. The customer will be given separate guarantee information in addition to receipt.
Trees and Perennials 2 Years This includes all product on our tree lot and perennial section, except for rose bushes. The customer will be given separate guarantee information in addition to receipt.

Tree Lot 

If you purchased a tree or perennial from our lot, it is possible you are in our point of sale system. Please let us know the purchaser's name and phone number. 

Trees and perennials have a two year guarantee. In order to maintain eligibility for a replacement, please ensure that you properly transplant and care for your tree or plant.
