Please ensure that the gift card recipient is able to open email. The e-gift card is accessed via a link that will open in a web browser and can be printed, saved as a pdf, or stored in a mobile wallet.
If the recipient is not able to produce the egift card, they will not be able to use it as a form of payment. Our cashiers are unable to retrieve the e-gift card for the recipient at the cash registers at the time of check out.
